Invited contractors work in their own portal. Jobs, quotes, appointments and completions with photos and certificates, without anyone chasing paper.
Contractors sign in with a one time email code and see their jobs from invited through quoted, awarded and in progress to completed. Quotes are structured against your scope, completions carry photos and certificates, and uploaded certificates arrive unverified so they only count once your team checks them. Invoices upload straight into the supplier inbox for extraction, and RAMS documents sit on file against the vendor.
