OCCURRENCE REPORTING
Mandatory occurrence reporting with the clock built in
Occurrences are logged with immediate actions, triaged as safety occurrences or not, and marked as submitted to the Building Safety Regulator. Marking submission starts the ten day full report clock with a countdown and escalating notifications. Statutory records are retained indefinitely and the reporting system itself is reviewed under Regulation 6.
