Trace a floor once and PropLink knows every wall, door, window and room. Plans view flat or in 3D and carry overlays that colour rooms by your own live records.
The Plan Studio traces plans from drawings you already hold. Upload a lease plan or fire risk assessment plan as the underlay, calibrate the scale against a known length, trace the walls and confirm the detected rooms. Publishing creates a permanent version with a timestamp and a tamper evident fingerprint. Overlays turn the plan into a visual index over your records. Rooms colour by linked unit or outstanding arrears, resident repair reports drop pins exactly where the problem is, and assets pin to their real locations. Export any plan as SVG, JSON or GeoJSON, or produce a plan pack PDF citing every published version for safety case evidence.
