Fire safety registers
Per door fire door checks on the statutory cadence, a compartmentation register and a fire risk assessment register with supersede history.
The fire door register tracks every door with three monthly communal checks and twelve monthly flat entrance checks under the Fire Safety Regulations, recording best endeavours access attempts where residents do not answer. Compartmentation zones hold their own register, and fire risk assessments follow the PAS 79 types with a supersede timeline so the history of every assessment survives.
