Planner and tasks
The planner brings everything on your plate into a single list, board and calendar. It opens on My day, the items overdue or due before the end of today.
Five kinds of work come together without duplication. Tasks created on the planner or proposed by PropManager AI, issues logged on site, work orders with contractors, ticket conversations and recurring maintenance due dates. Each keeps its own record and the planner shows them side by side, scoped to the sites you can access. Tasks carry a due date, an assignee, an optional checklist and recurrence, and arrears cases can raise them directly. Outlook calendar sync puts the same items in your Microsoft 365 calendar.
