Safety case reports
The safety case is living evidence on a board. Reports compile from it on the BSR standard template, then freeze, version and pass through a named approval chain.
Case items carry regulator section types and link to certificates, remedial actions, assets and risk analyses from the same building. Publishing freezes an immutable version with a mandatory change summary. The report template follows the nine BSR sections, pulls live data on compile and warns when the page count exceeds what the Regulator expects. Approval runs agree, endorse, authorise with each name and role recorded, and the authorised version locks permanently. A claims tree tracks evidence freshness and a plain English resident summary generates alongside.
