The golden thread builds itself. Verified certificates, completed work orders, closed remedials and uploaded models file themselves into the register as they happen.
Every file is hashed on arrival and nothing is replaced in place. You supersede documents and the original keeps its hash and history, which is exactly what tamper evidence means in practice. Entries map to the fourteen Schedule 1 categories with a coverage view that shows gaps before the Regulator finds them. Review dates carry reminders, record quality checks capture who vouched for what, and when the accountable person changes, a succession transfer pack hands over the whole thread with a hash manifest.
