The lifecycle runs from not yet directed through preparing, submission and more information requests to certificate issued, with one open application per building. More information requests hold an itemised criterion by criterion schedule where every deficiency gets your evidence reference, and the response builds as an evidence pack. The readiness assessment marks you against all forty five criteria with live hints at what would fail today. Certificates carry the five yearly reassessment clock and the display duty.
