Leaseholders check their balance, download demands and pay by card or Direct Debit without calling your office. Directors, accountants and auditors get their own modes.
The portal runs on your own subdomain. Residents see statements, invoices and documents, report repairs with photos and a floor plan pin, and pay by card or set up a Direct Debit. Director mode adds curated reports, budget approvals and a board pack. Accountant mode lets your accountant work the year end inside the system, and auditors get read only access on a time boxed link with a trail of everything they viewed.
