Service agreements
A service agreement is a contract with a vendor for ongoing or scope defined work. The cleaning contract, the lift retainer, the fire alarm monitoring agreement.
Agreements record the scope of services, start and end dates and one of four pricing models, fixed fee, recurring fee, schedule of rates or time and materials. Renewal terms capture auto renewal and notice periods so nothing rolls over silently, and the signed contract lives on the record. Agreements appear on the site maintenance dashboard and on the vendor profile, and their predictable spend can be budgeted.
