Work orders
A work order is a specific piece of work assigned to a contractor. Issues, tickets and planned maintenance all become work orders when someone needs to attend.
Every work order carries its type, priority, target date and appointment with access notes. Contractors are invited to tender and their structured quotes sit side by side until you accept one. Costs track estimated against actual, funded from the service charge or flagged as reserve fund spend for major works. Work orders raised from planned maintenance arrive pre filled with the event default contractor, and completing them updates the compliance matrix.
